The WOD is our Workout of the day, which runs for 60 minutes in groups of max. 12 people. The WOD changes everyday and contains (a combination of) elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance. Accessible to everyone, beginner or advanced, we guarantee you will leave with a satisfied feeling.
Open Box (7:00 – 11:00 & 16:30 – 21:15)
Running simultaneously with our classes (WOD), we also offer Open Box. The Open Box is where you can train by yourself to work on your skills, your weaknesses or just train with your buddies!
